OUR BOOKING & REFUND POLICY

In response to changing marketplace conditions, Pura Vida House is committed to ensuring our guests experience flexibility during these challenging times. We are implementing new policies:

  • Booking: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation dates at Pura Vida House. Payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits and balance payments made are non-refundable, however are fully transferable within 2 years of the original reservation date.

  • Full Refund: A full refund of the deposit and/or balance payment will be refunded due to any uncontrollable government issued travel restrictions related to COVID-19 (coronavirus).

  • Cancellation: You may cancel for any reason, and we will retain the 25% deposit. You will have 2 full years (24 months) to rebook at the same rate.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS

When guests check into Pura Vida House going forward, they will experience a number of additions to the regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness. Specific areas of focus include:

Enhancing cleaning standards and frequency of cleaning throughout the whole villa with hospital-grade disinfectants (daily cleaning).

Added to detailed cleaning practices, we will also be placing a disinfecting product in each room for guests use.

To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, all of our team members will be required to wear masks and gloves during any on site guest face-to-face interaction.

We have added hand sanitizing stations around the common areas of the property, entrance, dining area, and outdoor lounge/terrace.

Our on site private chef is trained on safe food preparation and service practices to ensure the safety of our guest dining experience.

We have invested in a new professional deep cleaning service that specializes in electrostatic cleaning technology, which we will implement prior to each guest check in.
